• Ensure all work meets NEC and Pennsylvania/New Jersey state code requirements.

• Use our digital tools to log materials, time, and job details for smooth project flow.

• Maintain company tools, vehicle, and equipment to professional standards.

• Communicate clearly with customers and collaborate closely with operations and dispatch.

What You Bring

• Valid electrician license/certification (PA or NJ).

• Minimum 3 years of residential experience.

What You’ll Do

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems for commercial and light industrial properties.

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and code specifications.

• Ensure all electrical work complies with NEC and state/local regulations.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical issues efficiently and safely.

• Install and service lighting systems, panels, circuits, and control equipment.

• Coordinate with contractors, project managers, and team members to complete jobs on schedule and within budget.

• Maintain a clean, professional work area and company vehicle.

• Document work performed using our modern field reporting tools.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience as a Commercial or Industrial Electrician.

• Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician License (PA or NJ).

• Proven ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.

• Deep understanding of single- and three-phase systems, commercial panels, and load calculations.

• Strong troubleshooting and critical-thinking skills.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

• Clean driving record and professional appearance.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with lighting control systems, backup generators, security systems, or smart building technology.

• Background in new construction or tenant improvement projects.

• Knowledge of energy efficiency upgrades and solar integrations.
